tip of the day: before starting chemo, consider microblading prior to your treatments!

a friend referred me to a content creator on ig (@gracehelbig) where all of us have/had experience(d) breast cancer (which has been a helpful source of info and “therapy” for me). as i went down the scary cancer rabbit hole scroll on instagram, i came across her update prior to her first treatment session explaining that she had gotten her eyebrows microbladed.

why would a cancer patient do that you may ask?
to offset any potential hair loss during treatment, which is fucking genius. it got me thinking… is there a beauty checklist of things you should do prior to chemo to help prevent any side effects? stay tuned because i haven’t found it, so i am going to create one and post soon!
